5 Pork Chops
3 tsp. whorestshire sauce
2 bell peppers
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 Large can tomato juice
1 Medium head of cabbage
2 cups cooked rice

Place pork chops and whorestire sauce in wok or large skillet and brown. Add sliced bell peppers and and let them steam for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Add stewed tomatoes, cover and let simmer another 3-4 minutes, Add shreded cabbage and pour Tomato juice over mixture and let cook down until cabbage is still lightly crunchy about 8 minutes on medium or medium
high heat. Serve over rice.
This is a great recipe! Easy to make, I sometimes use pork steaks instead of pork chops, If you cook the pork chops down with the bone in you will get more flavor, just remember to remove the bones before adding the other ingredients...
